We wanted really warm ear coverage that wouldn't leave the earlobes out in the cold. So we made a two-layered, two-colored reversible headband, with a contour shape covering the ears for extra warmth.
We also cut a "v" out of the back at the neck so that you can move your head without having the headband slide up (great when riding your bike).
